So I have been reading and reviewing all the info
on diagonals and today I went out and practiced it - if my horse hurts as much
as I do she needs a dose of bute!!! OMG, I worked on our right diagonal and my
back is killing me. What is so telling is we favor the left diagonal so I
worked on the right one - my left hip is really tight and pulling on my
back. I have got to go back to the gym and cross train. Getting old
sure sucks!
