Re: [RC] FEI entry fees - Barbara McCraryThis is somewhat different from the attitude of the woman of whom I wrote. She was really annoyed, disgusted, frustrated, whatever...that I would not agree that AERC should adopt FEI rules for endurance riding. Maybe it has changed since then, which was quite a number of years ago, but it's hard for me to shake that impression. Anyway, I hope AERC continues to go its way without overburdening our riders with really strict rules beyond the basic care of the horse's welfare. I think most AERC riders are still riding for the pure joy of it.Barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: "stephanie teeter" <stephteeter@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "ridecamp Alexandria" <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, November 13, 2009 10:57 AM Subject: Re: [RC] FEI entry fees Also - FEI really doesn't care about AERC or how we do the sport. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
