No, and with this being a no frills ride, and boring to boot... I really can't see why anyone would even consider it for half that price, much less for what they are asking!

With regard to the fees, it is obvious that they only want FEI riders to enter as no non-FEI rider in their right mind would pay that much to ride in Inyokern.
