I talked to Rich Childs about that since he used to have a buckle for 
his High Country ride. It was not a big ride with a big budget like say 
the OD. If I remember is you have to be committed to putting on the ride 
and have a lot of buckles made at one time to cover the cost of the 
mold.  So I think it is a cost issue. You would have to talk to a 
foundry to see what the cost were.

Buckle - but I think if every ride gave a buckle it would be too much.
