Do you know if you throw a lawn dart at someone it could kill or seriously hurt someone, no duh!!!! The government can really make us all safe.
BTW I wear a helmet,but I also get on the back of a 1000 lb animal with a (small) mind of his own and I fall off lots of times.
There are consequences for all, but let people live their lives.
