OK. I can't stand it.  Here's another opinion to counter the bleeding hearts 
out there.
Yeah ok, it did take some balls for her to write that letter.  (Did I sense 
some sarcasm in there?)
But come on!!!!!!!!  INCREDIBLE.

Lucky the horse is okay.  Hopefully she really learns from it.  People will be 
watching.

Its one thing to learn as much as you can and train smartly AND then something 
happens despite the best preparaton...
$h#t does happen..... but this just seems like ill preparation and naivete.

Hopefully others will learn from this and/or we will all take more care in 
helping the newbees along.

...and all of you dictating who should wear helmets probably aren't opposed to 
government telling us how to live each and every momemt of our lives.
She's an adult, its her decision.  (Everyone in my family wears one by the way.)

OK, I didn't really say all that I wanted to say, but at least others out there 
know they are NOT alone in their opinion about this.
