For organized events and exhibitions (recurring annual events, sponsored events, charging entry fees, etc.) in New Mexico, a negative "Coggins" test (for EIA) within past twelve months. ***If there will be out-of-state horses at the event your horse will also require a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (health certificate) with a statement that the animals on the certificate are not from a premise under quarantine for VS and have no signs or lesions of VS.
