$70 is a heck of a deal. My orthopedist put one on my tab for my knee surgery - about $500 I think.
 
Then I saw you could get them for horses too:
 
 
I haven't used mine on horses but I have loaned it to 2 friends for their knee surgeries.

everyone should own one of these.  Polar Care, icewater cooling system by Berg.  recirculated ice water from the ice chest via a thin pad over the swelling or in my case surgrery site.  the ice lasts 8 hours and the cool relief is awesome
 
$70 on ebay/ craigslist
 
mix this with my pain meds and i'm just crusin
