Re: [RC] Bandit Springs Ride (Oregon) - Nancy SturmHas anyone done the Bandit Springs ride in Oregon?I have only done limited distance at Bandit Springs, but travel with riders who do the 50 and 80. In 2007, the first 80 came in at 11 hours and the last at 14 +. We think it is one of the most beautiful rides in Oregon. There are pine trees and big open rolling meadows. Oddly, I have no memory of the surface so I'm assuming it was not particularly rocky nor particularly steep. Others have seen elk and wild horses.
