I'll add to Sharon's review with my own of the Aegis Aspen, since I didn't have the same experience. I have a long oval head and I found that the helmet is NOT a good fit. I had to stuff foam padding (aka pieces of a yoga mat) in the sides to try to make the fit more oval and I still get a bad red mark from the helmet in the front/center of my forehead from too much pressure. And that's with leaving the helmet looser than I should. What I DO like: the light weight, the vents, and the seemingly low profile (though, interestingly enough, when I put it side by side with my old troxel that gives me a high bubble head, they are the exact same 'height'....) Some sort of optical illusion?!
