Great to hear. Some of the things in that article seemed a bit strange to me, too (like "rabies is fatal in most cases" ... I thought that was "virtually 100%", really.

The part that really caught my eye was not that this might be a new strain, but - if I read it correctly - is that it can be passed among skunks (and maybe foxes) *without* a bite or scratch - that it can be passed by "social contact", like the flu. Now ... if that is true, I think there is a lot of cause for concern.
