I thought it was interesting to find one article in this
months EN calling for stricter vet criteria, and another indicating that almost
all horse deaths were not caused by "over riding". You
can't (logically) have it both ways.
By the way, we will never change the rules enough
to satisfy animal welfare critics. They do not work on
logic. It is a religious thing.
