[RC] Older Riders - Jay Randle

Hi Cindy

My friend Janet Anderson started riding in endurance at the age of 67, and completed her first 80km (50 mile) ride at the age of 68. She is now 73, and just an 80km ride 5 weeks ago, with a great result!

I just hope that I am still riding at that age!!
