Does it take formal protests thru AERC for riders to receive their cards?
It is not an AERC policy as far as I know for riders to get their cards back. We do not give cards back at our rides as a general rule. We keep them until at least the results are published, in case of any discrepancy. What rule would you suggest this formal protest be under.
