Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

We offered a full refund if cancellation took place a week before.  This was 
because I sent in our meal orders (to caterer) a week before.  If the 
cancellation occurred less than a week before, after I sent in meal orders, 
we refunded all but the value of the meals, as I had to pay for what was 
ordered, not what was consumed.  No-shows and requests made after the ride 
was over received no refunds at all.
