absolutely!  and these 'unqualified' horses have most likely already  
done multiple AERC 50's and even 100's, and are qualified in every  
sense of the word.

Our country, and every other country with a very strong national  
endurance program has to convince FEI that national rides should  
count towards the qualification of horses to compete at the FEI level.
