I've ridden many, many horses over the years (most of them not arabs) & even though my favorite color has always been black, the best horses I've ever ridden have been chesnuts, 1 liver & the other had a red mane.
Time will tell about the mules, I haven't ridden as many for good comparison yet, however, my 2 100 mile ladies are both bay.
