RE: [RC] Feeding round bales - carolynHi Amber:I'm over in east Texas and would much prefer to feed round bales than square bales. I don't like them out in the weather. We will cover them with a tarp to keep them out of the weather. We don't have a hay ring, but I'd love to get one to keep the rounder together. We don't have much waste, my 5 horse eat a large rounder in about 5-6 days, depending on how piggy they are being. I prefer bermuda/alecia/tifton to bahia.
