Nope, that was my incident and don't believe everything you read! That's 
Mark's interpretation, but remember, there are always two sides to the 
story.  He neglects to say that he swore at me on the phone and 
cancelled my membership in spite of the fact that there is no provision 
for doing that in the Service Contract.  I chose not to make a big deal 
of it in public (i.e., on Ridecamp) because I didn't want to get into a 
spitting match.
