Hi Steph,

If the above two statements are true and if a third statement is true, 
ie, that the proposed venue for the WEC in the US is a bunch of flat 
loops, then what you are saying is that the USA FEI people are defying 
"a lot of people in the FEI influential circle" to put on a flat race 
that is favored by the sheiks.

Why would they do that?  Money maybe?  Stupidity maybe?  What?
