Subject: Arabian horse resources needed

Hi friends,



I am contacting you because you have contacts in either the Arabian
horse community, or the rescue community. I am helping to find a new
home for 3 senior Arabian horses. They are all between 15-20 yrs and
desperately in need of a new family. Their owner is physically and
mentally incapacitated and their care has deteriorated through the
years. There were 4 horses - one passed about 3 weeks ago. She had been
severely emaciated and help arrived too late. The 3 remaining are in
good health and even have decent weight on them. They would do fine with
good quality hay and some senior feed. Their hooves look good as well.
They all have good ground manners, but I have no idea if they've ever
been ridden. 



The family that now has power of attorney over the owner is looking to
place the horses and offers the following: 

*       Up to date vet work on all 3 (teeth floated, vaccines, general
vet check)
*       Gelding of the stallion
*       4 portable pipe corrals
*       A small monthly contribution to help offset their care.



Please share this with anyone that might be able to help or be willing
to provide a home for these seniors.
