Re: [RC] Free'n'Easy vs bareback pad - heidi larson
And since we own both the Little Joe Bareback pad (for my stepdaughter's super sway backed older gelding) and the Free/Easy for me, and I've ridden in both, the bareback pad is comfy but with the stirrups (with cages) it does not seat me correctly and I end up with an aching lower back from leaning too far forward. My F/E seats my pelvic bones under me and my back does not hurt.

Carrie,
Not sure what you saw for a Free’n’Easy picture – here is the link to the UK site - http://www.fnesaddles.com/. They have endurance, dressage, GP, Trekker and a few other new models I haven’t seen in person.
The saddles are an adjustable panel saddle, definitely not a bareback pad!
