After rereading my post I see that I did say “even when it
wasn’t/isn’t popular to be one of our nation’s soldiers”,
however, I didn’t mean it to say our soldiers shouldn’t be honored,
but just acknowledging that they do their duty regardless of public opinion. My
father and brothers have all served at one time or another in times of war and
conflicts as many of our nations men and women have. I’m thankful for
them all.
