Re: [RC] Trailer Tying (or not) (was rolling the dice) - jacobsjazzWe haul in a 20ft gooseneck stock. We never tie. This actually saved my old mule once. He went down on the way home from the dentist and had he been tied his neck would have probably broke. We never have had any trouble. My husband also uses the trailer to haul for others, cattle mostly and they are never tied either. When we haul a new horse home from auction, we leave the lead ropes on but do not tie. We do put the center divider across.
