Hi, Barbara, ANY good ride that continues is
a good one, in my mind! So many have been lost, Drakes Bay, Cow Mt.
Diamond, etc. I know the area of your ride is all
very beautiful, so re routing the trail to make it easier for the
managers and volunteers and vets is always a good plan. It is an
incredible amount of work putting on a ride. Making it easier for
management by having the vet checks in camp and possibly having to do some
sections of the trail more than once is a small sacrifice to keep the ride

Many riders who came to Swanton Pacific are begging
for it to continue. I would like the answer to a very important
question: How important is it to riders who want it to continue to
keep the same trail? Is it THE trail or just the general
area? Would trails within the Swanton area be as
satisfactory?
