Re: [RC] gait anomoly noticed any ideas? - steelsidedownMy mare does that on her left hind -- always... at the start of the ride, in the middle and at the end.... no more, no less, no swelling, its just her way of going... it has *really* upset some of the ride vets... after a pull, I was sure to get that marked on my vet card, everytime.I'd never considered trying to "fix" it.... its normal for her, she's happy and sound. I agree Ed.. I think its her conformation.. her hind legs don't exactly match.. the twisting one is "toed out" while the non twisting is straight.
