No issue with those specific requirements, only
noting that those are likely costs that add up to riders going to fewer rides in
the past year or so, and possibly choosing different rides because of those
issues. That is pretty stinky that you must have a Coggins every time you leave
- what is with that? Does that have to do with a cattle lobby or something? That
is odd.
BTW, everyone needs to stay vigilant in the face of this NAIS idiocy. It
may be laid aside for now but do not expect it to just go away - there is too
much in terms of revenue and control by the gov at stake here. I for one do NOT
intend to report to the gov every single time I go for a trail ride or haul my
horse to a vet hospital.
