Also, in this unscientific survey i would say that overall 60-70%, maybe more, offer a BC. ts

That is no surprise and the regional difference seems to correlate
pretty well to the attitudes expressed here.

MW, SE, SW, NW and Central.

PS is split but leans towards BC, West is mostly no BC, NE leans to no
BC tho some do, MT is split. ts
