That seems to be the way it is Barbara. I
went thru most of the LDs of 2007 and they ALL list time and placing except 1 in
the West Region which only listed the first to finish time.
I found out that if you want a BC the regions that
offer the most is: MW, SE, SW, NW and Central.
PS is split but leans towards BC, West is mostly no
BC, NE leans to no BC tho some do, MT is split. ts
Maybe it's like the United States...one country with
certain national rules, but each state has its own rules and may apply them
according to its policies.
WHY, within AERC Regions is the same criteria
not followed for LD riders? Is that because it is not clear or
concise? If not, AERC needs to clarify this position.
