I think it's about time that people agree to disagree that we may not agree on LD but by golly it is what it is. If a Westerner doesn't like the LD races in the SE, PNER or MW for that matter - don't come down to our rides - better yet don't tell our ride managers how to run them or our riders how to ride them. We will all probably be a lot happier. As my Granddaddy used to say - the say you have on what someone else does ends at the end of your nose. I think that is pretty good advice.
