it is also important in a case like this that if one desires to join
another rider or even more, draft off of them, ASK PERMISSION! Do NOT just
assume it is okay to just pull in behind someone and let them pull you in. Ask.
Why? Perhaps THEY are on a green horse and managing just fine, than you, until
YOU pull your horse up behind them. Having experienced the results of that type
of rudeness, I get a bit ruffled when I hear of people doing just this. Just
ask. Manners can go a long way. Might save you horse from getting kicked in the
chops, too
