Some gun leather manufactures make cell phone holsters.  Mine is from  
DeSantis GunLeather.  They use the same clip as for an Inside the  
Waistband gun holster - so it isn't going to fall off like some of  
those wimpy plastic-clip "holsters".  I just clip it to my tights or  
breeches - no belt needed.  The flap of mine uses velcro, and the  
whole thing is made from ballistic nylon.  Very secure.
