 Since I ride alone quite a bit, I make sure to always carry my cell phone 
and have started wearing an identification bracelet from www.roadid.com that 
way in the event of an emergency people would know who to contact and what 
I'm allergic to.


I wear one too.  I found these first for our son who is allergic to latex, 
then thought about my husband out hunting or sailing alone and of the many 
times I ride alone (one of the great joys of my life) and bought one for 
each of us too.
