It doesn't matter what the dog thinks he is doing - the bottom line is that
people who HAVE pets are under legal and MORAL obligation to keep said pets not
only out of HAMR'S way for their own good - but on their own property, secured
away from public property and from other private property - they are to be
confined away from other people. Not EVEYRONE loves our pets, and if they are a
nuisance or a danger, what in the world are people THINKING to allow them
off their own property - EVER?
