RE: [RC] making your own portable corral - Shannon ChastainI have used a set up like this for 3 years for both camping and rides with 2 horses mine have never gotten out and I have had no issues. But I think the older type fencing is 100% better then the new stuff, which is hard to find. My hubby made me a gate buy attaching 4 BIG D rings to my trailer then we use a piece of rebar the same lengh as the fencing but 4 clips on it and I have a gate. I attached the fencing to the poles my hubby made out of again rebar with plastic ties I get at our local farm store. He also made me a post hole pounder the bigesst problem with this fence is it's ugly. Shannon Central A construction/snow fence corral set up with step in posts. That stuff is really strong and durable looking. I figure if I can install no climb fence by myself, I should be able to set up a plastic fencing corral. This is my favorite option right now.
