I have been a public school teacher in three states so
I have made my share of child endangerment reports.  I
have never seen anything to remotely compare with the
zeal found in the animal protection community-  A
while back we joked we should have gotten one
malnurished boy a puppy for Christmas because somebody
would take action if a dog was as bony.
