2007 Canadian Provincial Championship
July 19 - 21  at Y Not Farms, Meaford Ontario

Ontario distance riders are proud to announce the first ?Spirit of
Excellence? Provincial Long Distance Championships! You are invited to join
us for a fun filled competitive long distance weekend in conjunction with
the Nation?s Cup Reining event hosted by Y Not Farms & Equestrian Centre
located in Ontario?s beautiful Grey County ~ Meaford, Ontario .

The first Provincial Distance Championships will be hosted by Y Not Farms
and Equestrian Centre located on their beautiful, 100 acre property. Their
motto: ?To Attain Excellence?, you must care more than others think is wise,
risk more than others think is safe, dream more than others think is
practical?. Y Not Farms serves various riding disciplines, however their
concentration is on reining as a foundation equestrian discipline. With all
this in mind ? it certainly will not be a weekend to be missed.

The ?Spirit of Excellence? Provincial Distance Championships and FEI CRI,
NRHA category 1 and 2, Futurity and Derby, ORHA classes,  a Young Riders
Medal class and AHA Region 18 Arabian and part Arabian Reining
championships, will set the stage for riders heading to the World Equestrian
Games in Lexington, Kentucky 2010. This will prove to be a qualifying event
for some of Ontario?s great horse and rider teams, as well as a competing
with some of the best around the world. It is sure to be the start of
ground work for those looking to qualify for such events as the next
Canadian Distance Championships in 2008, or the World Endurance
Championships in Malaysia, August 2008.
