I honestly couldn't tell a difference when I was on it except that it was
expensive so I had less money. I think I had better luck taking an
aspirin each time I went for a walk or whatever. Figured if people are
told to do it for their heart, couldn't hurt. I seldom remember to do
anything though. I just go slowly on stairs.
