In the past the UAE has invited several riders from many countries - 
paying their way most of the time. This year they chose not to that. 
They also chose to invite Fred. It is their choice - it was their race.

The ranking system is for the WEC and PAC. While it might have been nice 
if the UAE had honored it - there is not reasons they are required to do 
so.

I say we all give Fred a big hand as the only American that finished. He 
earned it.
