RE: [RC] Comfort Issues on Long Rides - Smith, Dave
Lysane: Went to the Equisssential Riding
Pants website and the pants shown look really good – on a woman. Do they
make something for a man? I’m thinking about just wearing my baseball
pants or maybe some simple sweat pants. Sure would be a lot cheaper.

I find the Equissential riding pants are very good at protecting the
inner leg - they are pricey, it's true, but they last a long time and they will
put the same leather onto new fabric when the fabric wears out. They have the
endurance seat (full seat plus leather goes all the way down to the ankle) or
the endurance patch (starts a little above knee and goes to the ankle. I find I
don't need half chaps when I'm wearing those. And the fabric and deer skin
leather is so comfy, I have not found any others like it.
