Re: [RC] For Heavyweight Riders-kinda OT - AmyI've been following The Glucose Revolution series lately, Low GI eating. Really easy to read books and doable lifestyles changes in eating. I feel much better when I eat this way, much less pain and lots more energy. It was suggested to me by both my acupuncturist and Uckele when I did hair mineral analysis with them. Now, I've never, ever, gone on a diet with a name, and the South Beach Diet sounded too trendy to even look at. Luckily I followed my 2 sisters' advice, but called it by the name of the place we were at the time, so it's the "Pismo Beach Food Plan." =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
