Owners/riders need to train their horses to have the best of manners AT
HOME and also everyone needs to be mindful that horses will be horses and
be as careful and considerate as possible in crowded situations such as vet
checks, passing along the trail and watering places. I think some, in
the heat of competition, throw safety out the window.
