Membership gets you a tracking/sensors unit (delivered with your member/registration kit) which does all the gate2hold parameter checking and monitors your in/out time; tracks your ride and charges you entry fees:) The competitions are really against other competitors who have done the same trail, but possibly at a different time. So I can go race Idaho spuds against tom and frank w/o them having to be there at the same time. So I COULD strart riding from Oreana on Tuesday, get to the "race site" on Thursday.
