Re: [RC] [RC] You know you're an EQ when... - Dawn Carrie

LOL...my motto is, since I'm not going to win, I  might as well look good coming in last!  I have a rainbow tie dye shirt from the first ride my friend and I put on...so got a pair of black tights with a rainbow stripe to wear with it...when I wear that combo, I braid Bear's mane with lots of different colored hair ties.  I have an orange/yellow tie dye shirt from the second ride we put on...so got a pair of black tights with a multi-orange/yellow stripe.  I use orange and yellow hair ties to do Bear's mane for that outfit.

Bear (bay) has red tack, Sundance (chestnut) has green.  But my saddle pad and pommel bags are red, so poor Sundance looks like a Christmas ornament when I'm riding him.  I draw the line at buying new pommel bags and new Equipedic pad to use when riding Sundance, though.

I bet if we deleted all endurance riders who have color
coordinated tack, ridecamps would be PRETTY small!  It's
the artist and shopper in me, I'd rather buy tack than go
to the mall, forgive me my sins, they are few, but really
big apparently ................ :)
