So, what convoluted thinking went into that decision? I am sure that someone had to have some sort of reason. Well, I didn't author it, and there was a lot I liked about the overall package, so I didn't pick up on that one like I should have. But if I understood correctly, it was one of those "fiscally responsible" things that sounds good to help defray expenses, when it actually is a minor expense that should be absorbed for the sake of enforcing our rules. I would support changing that one aspect of it, if it is possible, given that our next phone conference is a few days after the new ride year starts.
