Just my opinion, if you don't track it and make the rm's look up each 
persons record the proposed system will not work. The people that are going 
to destroy their horse on an ld are also the people that are going to lie 
about their experience to get out of the restrictions. I am definetely not 
for making the rm's work any harder than they already have to and it would 
be a logisitical nightmare unless every ride was pre-entry only.
