I dissolve the pills in H2O also, but I do it all in the syringe to start with. Less mess. Just put the pills in the syringe, add warm H2O (now's the time to add flavor if you're giong to--I usually don't) & shake it up. Works for bute too.

Try dark molasses. That will kill the taste of anything. Good luck.
