For ride managers that have used jackets or fleece vest as ride awards, how
do you determine what size to get if you need to have special embroidery put
on them (Top 10, Best of Breed, etc.)  Would you get say, all large sizes
and hope for the best, or get the sizes the winners would need, have the
awards made and then mail them out?

I have been doing Best of Breed awards for our club CTR ride and have done
embroidered towels and fleece blankets.  Was just wondering if items that
need to come in sizes are too hard to deal with or if they can be done in
advance.

Riders, have you won special awards that were marked with the ride name,
year, award, but were the wrong size (other then t-shirts?) and if so what
was your response to them?
