[RC] Adding horse to AERC - Willowmere Farm Arabians

Hi everyone,
I have a dumb question but I can't seem to find the answer to it..... I just 
completed my 2007 AERC membership renewal online. I wanted to add another horse 
but I can't seem to figure out where to do that. Do I need to snail mail in a 
new horse application, or is there a place online that I can do that and pay 
for it?
