The problem is you had a video that was shot under suspicious 
conditions,  could have been very long ago or whatever, but this
video was waved in front of everyone's eyes.   What do you think would 
happen IF now they did a video of what is happening
to the poor horses in Mexico right now?!!     It would be unbearable to 
watch.

Federal inspectors have all of the tools NOW for controlling conditions 
at the Federal and State level.   These people, many
of them who are veterinarians, undergo extensive training.  They are in 
charge of all operations, including post mortum and anti mortum
conditions.  If they see any violations, they can shut down the plant 
instantly.  And they do shut down plants all the time!
